Any personalization has to be sent to me via email only. You can use my Contact Us form to provide any and all personalization you may require.
All spelling and grammer, is the responsibility of the customer. I will copy exactly what is sent to me word for word letter for letter, that I receive in the email that you send me.
Post and Packing
All items are posted out within one working day of payment being cleared.
All items are sent 1st class royal mail only.
JB Pyrography will not take any responsibility for any items getting lost or damaged in the post.
